1. Guests must be over 25 years of age, unless accompanied by children above 6 years old staying with their parents.

2. The entire property and surrounding grounds are designated as non-smoking areas. Therefore, if you are a smoker, please refrain from making a reservation as you may be refused upon check-in.

3. No parties or social gatherings are allowed in the apartments or on the premises. We maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests.

4. You are permitted to book a maximum of 2 apartments. If you wish to book more than 2 apartments, please contact us in advance.

5. Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. Please ensure you arrive within the designated check-in hours.

6. For direct reservations, check-out time is at 12:00 PM noon. Please vacate the apartment by this time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.

7. A nearby car park is available at an approximate cost of £18 per day. Parking is free from 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Please note that availability and pricing may vary, and this is subject to the car park's own terms and conditions.

8. In the event of the lift being out of order, you will be required to use the stairs. If you anticipate difficulties using stairs, please refrain from making a booking.

9. A deposit of £250 per apartment is required the day prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the terms and conditions. 

 
10. The use of candles or scent sticks is strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations. Please refrain from using such items during your stay.

11. We do not allow renting our apartments for adultery. CCTV cameras in operation and anyone trying to break this rule will be evicted.

12. Any damage or loss of electrical appliances, crockery, cooking pans, cutlery, towels, blinds, bedside lamps, or bedding during your stay will result in a charge equivalent to the price of the entire set. Please handle the items with care.

13. Heavy cooking that results in strong smells may incur a deep cleaning fee of £150.00. We kindly request that you take necessary precautions to prevent excessive odors while cooking.

By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in additional charges or refusal of entry.
